Dear Member

You may have noticed that the software you purchased 
or have on trial from Blockspamnow.com has stopped 
working.

We are writing this to inform you of the developments 
that have caused this cease in the functionality of The 
Secure Technologies International software that was 
marketed under license by Blockspamnow.com.

Simply put your username and password in when 
prompted and a new version will be downloaded. You 
can also download the new version from the links in 
your members area.

We realized that the initial releases of the software were 
not reliable and had problems. We did advise Mike 
Glaspie that we could not guarantee the software would 
work in a proper manner due to changes they requested. 
There was not sufficient time to test the sw to ensure it's 
functionality before they released it.

At this stage I must point out that the software called 
Spam Terminator is copyrighted to Secure 
Technologies International and neither Mike Glaspie or 
Blockspamnow have ANY rights either to market, copy, 
sell or give this software away without our permission 
which has now been withdrawn for breach of contract.

On Friday the 17th of October or thereabouts 
Blockspamnow.com Inc decided to point the domain 
members.blockspamnow.com away from our servers to 
one of their own. The result of this which they knew 
would happen was that the software could no longer 
work.

During that weekend they hacked our scripts to "crack" 
the software to make it work. This is a federal offense.

We naturally objected to this and eventually they turned 
off the "crack".

Since then we have had no meaningful contact with 
them despite us contacting them to ask what is going on 
and repeated requests to point the domain back to 
make the software work. They have not responded 
except for the we don't want to talk reply. They have now 
hired a lawyer to try to stop us from telling you what has 
happened as I guess they want you to blame us. We 
however will not be intimidated into keeping quiet. This 
is the same tactic they used when we wanted to get 
paid by Total Marketing Live. It seems that the thing that 
brought this on was the fact that we asked them to pay 
some of the outstanding bills, This is something that 
they obviously do not want to do. Currently we are owed 
a very substantial amount from Mike Glaspie/AEO 
Publishing for usage, royalties and development .

Despite Mr. Glaspie's claims that he developed this 
software the truth is that we (Secure Technologies 
International) financed the development in total. So far 
we have had only $50,000 of the initial development 
costs which were $100,000 and we had to fight for that. 
We have recently completed more development of the 
software which we have had no payment for.

The new version will include the following features 
based on member feedback. We have added a Mail 
Undelete feature, three type's of address books each 
having a different level of spam control, domain level 
controls, subject wide advanced functionality, improved 
layout functionality, removed the SMTP server 
requirement thus leaving just a pop account, feature rich
wastebasket and many other new features. We are 
continuing development and have already started more 
improvements in both spam control and functionality. 
We now have added the secure technologies 
International support system to the program to enable 
fast efficient support answers. We will soon be adding a
knowledge base to enable frequent problems to be 
dealt with even faster.

All new copies will have a 30 day trial period.

We are also suffering financially from another one of his
companies Total Marketing Live this company broke a 
3 year hosting and server rental contract and also 
changed their DNS away from the servers they had 
contracted and still have not either paid the monies they 
owe us OR paid the rest of the contract period. We 
understand this is not the first time they have done this.

The experience we have had dealing with companies 
owned by Mr. Glaspie has not been good, they seem to 
think it is ok to take services and not pay for them, and 
when he is asked to it appears as in this case, he will 
even go to the lengths of making products people have 
paid for not work and even hacking and pirating 
software rather than paying the smallest of bills. 

Let me be clear Mike Glaspie, Bob Wilson and Ray 
Alexander knew what would happen if they tried to run 
this from another server, they have been told many times 
that the software would not work, even knowing this they 
still changed servers and caused ALL copies of the 
software to stop working.

We at Secure Technologies International will of course 
honor the licenses sold so far. We will be making 
available a new version of the software we have 
developed to ALL the people who have currently got a 
copy. This version now works on all windows operating 
systems and has many new features which we are sure
you will appreciate. The matrix system we developed for 
this software will also be staying. We have done 
extensive BETA testing with this software and it's 
functionality is excellent.

We however cannot honor the payments that are due to 
you as we have no access to the funds you have paid, 
these are held by Mr. Bob Wilson or at least that is the 
information we have been given. We have details of ALL 
payments made to blockspamnow.com and will assist 
in making refund claims. I am sure that you will be 
mailed plenty of denials so I will be publishing the 
collection of e-mails to and from them and the contract 
between Mike Glaspie and Secure Technologies 
International on the web, then you can make up your own 
mind.

We will be giving an amount of time for you to decide if 
you wish to take part in the matrix and then we will be 
compressing the matrix in the meantime anyone who is 
referred by you and who purchases this software will 
result in you taking credit for that sale and your 
members area will reflect the commission.

We will shortly be doing a 2 million plus mailing and 
taking ads in e-zines, we are discussing a retail 
distribution deal which we hope to have resolved in the 
next few weeks. We have had our first radio invitation 
which will happen in the next week or so.

The best advice I can give you is to contact the Kansas 
AG and demand that they make Blockspamnow refund

The only other comment I can give regarding this 
situation is that by trusting Messer's Glaspie, Wilson, 
Alexander and Tedders has cost this company Close 
on $150,000.00 in unpaid monies from Mike Glaspie, 
Blockspamnow.com, AEO Publishing and Total
Marketing Live.

We are currently investigating some irregularities in the 
Total Marketing Live payments, commissions and 
downlines from when they were hosted on our servers 
and have found that some of their members have had 
downlines and commissions due deleted from the 
database. At the same time as this attempts are being
made to charge these members credit cards for even 
more money. If you are one of these people please 
contact us and we will investigate.

If we find that these occurrences are frequent which we 
believe they are we will be passing the information 
including the database backups to the relevant 
authorities.

We are also reducing the price of this software to the 
existing members by $5 to $29.95 this represents a 
substantial increase in value as the matrix payments 
will NOT be reduced.
